City Lights Artist Chris Mazglad’s “Spectrum” Exhibit

DATE: July 1st – 31st

Reception:  Sunday, July 21st from 3- 5pm

Mazglad’s artwork spans a broad spectrum, from abstracts to animals to portraiture to whatever captures her fancy. She continues to work in oil, acrylic and mixed media always hoping to generate the most eye-appealing results. Recently, she is focused in the abstract world and loves the effects color and texture are having on her work. Ten entirely new pieces will be featured in this exhibit.

The reception is open to all and will feature refreshments and music.

Mazglad is an active member of City Lights Artists’ Co-op of Henderson, a non-profit 501(c)3 entity dedicated to funding art scholarships for local kids. She has served as treasurer and part-time marketing director since 2013. She is also a member of Las Vegas Art Guild. Her work can be seen at both the Las Vegas City Hall and Henderson City Hall and throughout homes from Nevada to Florida to Michigan to Massachusetts.

Established in 2003, City Lights Artists’ Co-op is now a non-profit 501(c) 3 entity.  We fund scholarships and mini-grants awarded to local students with aspirations in the world of art.  Tax-deductible donations are accepted.
